We work with some of the world’s most exciting brands, delivering everything from beautifully presented office breakfasts and lunches to large-scale events and bespoke brand experiences. Since launching in 2017, Pique has grown rapidly while retaining the creativity, quality and personal service that set us apart. The Role

We're hiring a Head of Sales and Marketing to own commercial growth across Pique's catering, events, and coffee cart offerings. You'll set the sales and marketing strategy, manage and develop our Sales Manager, and be hands-on in driving new business, brand visibility, and revenue growth. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who's equally comfortable building a strategy as they are getting into the detail, pitching clients, refining campaigns, and coaching the team.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own the commercial strategy across sales and marketing, aligned to Pique's growth goals
  • Manage, mentor, and grow our Sales Manager, building out the sales function as the business scales
  • Drive new business development across corporate catering, events, and the coffee cart offering
  • Oversee marketing activity, including digital campaigns, brand positioning, and lead generation
  • Own commercial performance: pipeline, conversion, revenue targets, and reporting
  • Work closely with the Head of Food and Head of Ops to ensure sales promises align with operational and product capability
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to accelerate growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior sales and/or marketing leadership role, within catering, hospitality, food, or events
  • A track record of driving revenue growth and building commercial strategy from the ground up
  • Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a sales team
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with confidence pitching to corporate clients
  • Data‑driven approach to marketing and sales performance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in a fast‑moving, growing business

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience
  • The opportunity to shape the commercial future of a growing, ambitious catering business
  • A collaborative, close‑knit team culture
  • Autonomy and real ownership over strategy and results
