When you join Piqniq you’ll have full visibility into the company’s performance and direction as we grow together.

As an Account Executive, you’ll support the day-to-day running of campaigns and client relationships across a mix of exciting brands. You’ll get hands-on experience working across media planning and buying, campaign delivery, and creative strategy, learning directly from senior team members and gaining exposure to every stage of the process. Reporting to an Account Manager, you’ll help bring campaigns to life and play a key role in the future of a growing agency.

You’ll work closely with Board-level colleagues, gaining exposure and insight into high-level decision-making early on in your career. We embrace a hybrid working model with flexible hours. Stay curious and plugged in to media and culture, bringing in fresh thinking, diverse perspectives and bold ideas to push client work forward.

  • Support the development of media plans and campaign presentations with clear, insightful and well-designed slides.
  • Help pull together post-campaign reports and insights, learning how to measure performance and spot opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to internal projects and pitches, bringing energy, ideas and a fresh perspective.

Comfortable with Google Office or Microsoft tools. Proficient on both PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets. You'll be someone who naturally lives our values, always curious in how you think and learn, authentically human in the way you show up and support those around you, and bringing opinionated optimism to every challenge.

Role: Permanent, full time

Salary: £30,000 reviewed regularly in line with performance and inflation

Holiday: 28 days (plus additional time off between Christmas and New Year, on standby).
