About the role

As an Account Executive, you’ll support the day-to-day running of campaigns and client relationships across a mix of exciting brands. You’ll gain hands-on experience in media planning and buying, campaign delivery, and creative strategy, learning directly from senior team members.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, ambitious, and eager to build a career in marketing and advertising within a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with Board-level colleagues, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making early in your career.

Work Environment

We embrace a hybrid working model with flexible hours, expecting about 10 days per month collaborating in our shared workspace in central London.

What you’ll be doing
  • Conduct desk research into clients’ markets, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Stay curious and plugged into media and culture, bringing fresh thinking and bold ideas.
  • Support the development of media plans and campaign presentations.
  • Assist in managing live campaigns and liaising with media partners.
  • Participate in client calls and meetings, taking ownership of meeting notes.
  • Build early relationships with media owners and share new ideas with the team.
  • Help pull together post-campaign reports and insights.
  • Contribute to internal projects and pitches.

You won’t be expected to know it all; we’ll teach you the tools and terminology. You’ll have regular 1:1s, honest feedback, and the freedom to ask any question.

Requirements
  • A recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, ready to learn and take ownership.
  • A genuine interest in media, culture, and creativity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to stay focused.
  • Comfortable with Google Office or Microsoft tools.
  • Open to feedback and focused on progress.
  • A team player driven to deliver excellent work.
Package:

Role: Permanent, full time
Salary: £30,000 reviewed regularly
Holiday: 28 days plus additional time off between Christmas and New Year
