This is a new position due to growth of the business. Are you highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager able to oversee the daily operations of our office. You\’ll possess strong leadership skills and have a background in office management, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. Effective communication, exceptional organisational abilities, experience in line management and procurement is a must.
Duties
- Administrative Oversight
- Manage customer and supplier documentation, and internal communications
- Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate procurement
- Oversee data entry, filing systems, and record keeping
- Operational Coordination
- Work with Senior Leadership team
- Assist the MD with general operational business
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external partners
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations
- Implement and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Team Management
- Supervise & manage 3 administrative staff and support hiring processes
- Organise training sessions and onboarding for new employees
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- CIPD trained.
- Evidence of previous line management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in clerical tasks with a solid understanding of administrative processes.
