Pippa’s Guardians is a family run company caring for International Students aged between 7 and 18 years of age at some of Britain’s best Boarding Schools. We are looking to grow our team of Area Managers to continue providing exceptional levels of care and support to our students.
We are looking for an Area Manager who is ideally based in Wiltshire / Hampshire. Our home-based Area Managers are compassionate, organised, proactive and responsive people who will be responsible for the well-being of international students. Previous experience in the Independent School sector would be advantageous.
The role is hugely flexible, rewarding and varied. As you might expect, the majority of the work is completed during term time; the longer school holiday time tends to be quite quiet as most students return home. You’ll liaise with students at some of the county's top independent schools as well as their parents, Registrars, Housemasters, Housemistresses, Matrons, and our network of brilliant Host Families.
This position offers flexible working hours; however, you will be visiting your students in their boarding houses, attending parents' meetings, recruiting, and inspecting Host Families, and providing emergency support. A driving licence and use of your own car is therefore essential.
