Pippa Pop-ins are looking for Qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Educators to join the team at one of our nurseries in Fulham.
Working Hours: 40 or 45 hours per week, term time only.
Joining bonus: Β£1000 for qualified practitioners payable after successful probation period.
Qualifications needed for the Early Years Educator:
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties of the Early Years Educator:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
- Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children
