Working 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. This role would suit anybody that has experience as a Housekeeper in an educational setting.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Previous experience of working as a Cleaner/Housekeeper
  • Knowledge of HSE and COSHH
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Full training and induction will be given.

Duties

  • General cleaning duties to ensure the setting is clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Ensuring a high level of hygiene is maintained throughout the setting
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Collaborate with other staff members to support children's individual needs
  • Assist with ensuring the setting is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of all children and staff
