This role offers recent graduates a gap-year opportunity to gain valuable work experience and training within a highly successful and professional environment. The successful applicant will support the Physical Education/Sports department in delivering the Hockey Programme and may also cover other sports such as Netball, Badminton, Swimming, Cricket, and Athletics.
Accommodation and meals are provided during term time, and the candidate will be expected to participate in school life, including one evening boarding house duty per week. This is a fixed-term post from 1 September 2026 to 3 July 2027.
Queenswood is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and requires all applicants to undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service. The role carries high safeguarding responsibilities; full safeguarding checks will be carried out on successful applicants. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and related amendments.
