About the Role
We are expanding our commercial team and are looking for a Sales Manager to lead business development activities across Germany and Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping and growing a market from an early stage. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will identify target customers, develop strategic sales plans, and establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the mobility and fleet sectors. You will receive support from local marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams while taking ownership of sales growth in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth across Germany and Switzerland by identifying and developing new commercial opportunities.
- Assess market potential and create strategic sales plans in collaboration with senior sales leadership.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Monitor sales pipeline performance, market trends, and competitor activity, providing insights to internal stakeholders.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to expand brand visibility and professional network.
- Work closely with marketing, country leadership, and international growth teams to support commercial objectives.

Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in fleet sales, mobility, transportation, energy, or charging infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success managing the entire sales cycle, with particular strength in business development and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving market and product environment.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable internal insights.
- Existing network within the EV, mobility, transportation, or related sectors is an advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Native-level German and fluent English.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and other digital business tools.
Training & Development
Prior industry experience in electromobility is not essential. Comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided, including workshops covering electric mobility, charging infrastructure, and relevant market dynamics.
