An exciting opportunity has opened for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a pioneering company developing next-generation electrified personal aircraft. You’ll play a key role in designing structural, flight-critical, and non-flight hardware—contributing to the evolution of sustainable personal aviation.

Working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, you’ll be involved across the full lifecycle: from concept development and detailed design, through to testing, validation, and production handover.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop 3D CAD models and 2D drawings of components and assemblies
  • Perform stress analyses (FEA and hand calculations)
  • Support prototyping, testing, and manufacturing transfer
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and airworthiness guidelines

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • 3+ years’ experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-performance mechanical design
  • Proficiency in CAD (Siemens NX preferred, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of lightweight structures, composites, and integration
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
