I am pleased to be collaborating with a well established and ambitious firm of chartered surveyors to add a senior leader to their Energy & Utilities team. Our client was founded close to a decade ago, and have some exciting growth plans looking ahead.

The Energy & Utilities piece has been a core of their business since their inception and is an exciting area of growth. With this in mind, our client is looking to hire an experienced professional in the sector to take on the role of Head of Utilities & Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Project-wise, you would be working on a wide range of matters such as CPO, Wayleaves, Easements, Valuations, Option & Lease Agreements, and more general Landowner advisory matters. In terms of technology, they are currently working on a range of electrical infrastructure, cable routes, wind, and solar projects.

Qualifications

In terms of background, our client is open to seeing candidates who have a range of years post qualification via the RICS pathway. Prior leadership experience is a bonus but not essential. The main factor will be a strong track record in the aforementioned matter for relevant technologies.

You will be joining up with a very tight knit team with a strong collaborative culture and taking on leadership responsibilities for an existing team of surveyors at different seniorities.
