We’re partnering with a leading EV charging provider to hire a driven B2B Sales Manager. This role is ideal for someone who excels in building commercial relationships, securing high-value deals, and driving growth across corporate, fleet, and property sectors within the fast-moving EV industry.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in building commercial relationships, securing high-value deals, and driving growth across corporate, fleet, and property sectors within the fast-moving EV industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new B2B sales across fleet, workplace, destination and commercial real estate sectors.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and account‑based selling.
  • Lead client meetings, proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to shape commercial solutions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience in EV charging, energy, SaaS, or related infrastructure.
  • Track record closing mid‑to‑large contracts and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with senior decision makers.
  • Confident presenting technical and commercial solutions.
  • Passion for EVs, sustainability, and innovative technology.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the EV industry.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices.
