We are seeking an experienced EV (Electric Vehicle) Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful implementation of electric vehicle projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, preferably within the automotive or renewable energy sectors, and a deep understanding of electric vehicle technologies, infrastructure, and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and priorities.
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback as needed.
EV Infrastructure Development:
- Lead the planning and implementation of EV charging infrastructure projects, including site selection, permitting, installation, and commissioning.
- Evaluate and select appropriate charging technologies and solutions based on project requirements, budget considerations, and long-term sustainability goals.
Regulatory Compliance and Permitting:
- Stay abreast of relevant regulations, standards, and incentives related to electric vehicles and charging infrastructure.
- Work closely with regulatory agencies and local authorities to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and incentives for EV projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of EV projects, such as charging station utilization rates, energy consumption, and emissions reductions.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track project performance against KPIs, identify trends or areas for improvement, and communicate outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
