We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven EV Fleet Business Developer to spearhead the growth of our electric vehicle (EV) fleet solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities within the fleet sector, building relationships with fleet operators, and driving the adoption of EVs across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of the EV ecosystem, fleet management, and sustainable transport solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for EV fleet solutions, targeting fleet operators, logistics companies, corporate clients, and public sector organizations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s presence within the fleet sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored EV solutions for clients, including vehicle selection, charging infrastructure, and energy management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's EV fleet services.
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within prospective and existing client organizations.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that address their fleet electrification goals and sustainability objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the sales process and post-sale support, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to deployment.
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting EV adoption and fleet management.
- Conduct market research to identify new sectors and geographic regions with high growth potential for EV fleet solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
