An exciting opportunity has opened for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a pioneering company developing next-generation electrified personal aircraft. You’ll play a key role in designing structural, flight-critical, and non-flight hardware—contributing to the evolution of sustainable personal aviation. Working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, you’ll be involved across the full lifecycle: from concept development and detailed design, through to testing, validation, and production handover.
What you’ll do:
- Develop 3D CAD models and 2D drawings of components and assemblies
- Perform stress analyses (FEA and hand calculations)
- Support prototyping, testing, and manufacturing transfer
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and airworthiness guidelines
What we’re looking for:
