Role: Assistant Project Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 + 15–20% Bonus + Benefits
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid, with UK project travel)
Piper Maddox are proud to be supporting a leading renewables investor and IPP, expanding their construction team with a new Assistant Project Manager. This role will support the delivery of a major pipeline of over 25 UK solar projects (totalling up to 800MW) over the next 3–5 years.

The client has an impressive presence and record in energy and infrastructure with a diversified portfolio across hydro, UK solar and grid assets. Their pipeline is more than healthy, progressing to NSIP scale solar projects of around 750 MW and 500 MW.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of utility-scale solar projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, commercial teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting into senior management.
- Oversee compliance with HSEQ standards across project sites.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- You will be expected to travel across UK sites with this role.
