We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our fantastic team at Piper Hill High School. This is a Grade 6, permanent post working 35 hours per week, term time only plus 2 weeks. The starting salary is £29,238 and the full-time equivalent is £33,143. This role is expected to start in September 2026.
Responsibilities
- To oversee an effective administrative and support service to the school, developing systems and procedures and setting standards.
- To work collaboratively with a team of staff to ensure the school runs effectively in all operational areas, liaising with Trust colleagues and functional experts as needed.
- To further develop expertise in the software used by schools for information management and assessment processes.
- To work collaboratively with all staff and parents in order to support student progress and wellbeing.
