Piper Hill High School is seeking a proactive Lead Caretaker to join our estates team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The role focuses on safe, secure, well-maintained facilities and day-to-day site management, reporting to the Site/Operations Manager and supervising the estates staff.

You will oversee security systems, coordinate maintenance, manage contractors, support PPM programmes and ensure health and safety compliance across the site.

A full driving licence and flexibility are desirable.
