Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Graduate Land Referencer in Birmingham. You will act as a consistent contact point for affected parties and delivery teams to successfully submit development consent orders and CPO books of reference on behalf of clients.
You will work with Project Managers and GIS specialists to collect, interpret and review land ownership data, ensuring accurate uploads to our bespoke database while visiting sites to record information.
