Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pipefitter role located in Bedlington. Responsibilities include the assembly, installation, and maintenance of piping systems, including hazardous fluid and gas transfer equipment. The role involves interpreting blueprints, performing pipefitting and welding tasks, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards. The Pipefitter will work closely with the engineering team to execute projects efficiently and deliver high-quality installations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pipe and Pipefitting techniques
- Experience with Welding, including TIG Welding
- Knowledge of fueling systems and associated pipework
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret technical blueprints and specifications
- Commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in pipefitting and welding are desirable
- Experience in working with hazardous fluid and gas systems is an advantage
