We are hiring a Senior Product Manager in London to focus on the onboarding journey for our users. Working in a high-velocity experimentation driven environment, you will be leveraging both qualitative research and quantitative data to design robust hypotheses and scale impactful user experiences. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of experiments while mentoring other PMs and driving strategic alignment with executive leadership, while also exploring and integrating AI-powered tools and capabilities to enhance user experience and accelerate product innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product area roadmap, working closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's goals and vision.
- Lead the onboarding journey by synthesizing qualitative research and quantitative data to identify customer friction points and implement user experiences.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ideate and evaluate solutions, ensuring successful product launches and high adoption rates.
- Drive a rigorous "test and learn" culture by designing clear hypotheses, executing experiments, and analyzing results to validate solutions and scale impact.
- Maintain a deep understanding of user needs, master the use of data, and stay ahead of the competitor landscape.
- Set and track product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Manage the product backlog to ensure it is prioritized effectively and the team is focused on the most valuable tasks at all times.
- Identify and manage product risks, such as technical dependencies and market shifts, while working with the team to mitigate these constraints.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and support to ensure organization-wide alignment on priorities and vision.
- Mentor other product managers to help them develop their professional skills and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Product Management experience, with a focus of leading high-velocity experimentation programs, managing a high-impact portfolio of both incremental and big-bet tests.
- Deep customer empathy, with a strong ability to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points, and translate these insights into impactful product decisions.
- Experience of hypothesis-driven development, including experiment design, rigorous measurement, identifying clear success signals and planning iterations based on your learning.
- Strong technical and design awareness, ensuring that data-driven solutions maintain a high bar for customer experience and usability.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate experimental logic, results, and pivots to executive-level stakeholders.
- High degree of accountability and the confidence to make conscious, evidence-based decisions that challenge the status quo.
- Experience integrating AI or machine learning into product experiences to drive user productivity and personalization (preferred).
- Experience in user onboarding journeys and funnel efficiency (preferred).
