Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain SEM performance dashboards on top of our existing data infrastructure – clear, reliable reporting and deep troubleshooting.
- Develop deep expertise in the Google Ads API to unlock granular data at keyword, search term, bid strategy and audience levels and build analytical layer to elevate SEM insight.
- Integrate ad platform data with internal metrics to connect paid search activity to downstream business outcomes.
- Design and track A/B tests and translate learnings into actionable recommendations.
- Turn analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
Campaign Management:
- Support creation, management and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management and negative keyword development.
- Monitor campaign performance and flag issues proactively.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in data/marketing analytics or SEM role with focus on reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in Tableau/Looker/BI tools for data visualization and dashboarding.
- Experience with SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy) for data manipulation and large datasets.
- Comfortable working with multiple data sources – platform exports, CRM data and internal data tables.
- Familiarity with Google Ads data and metrics in paid search context.
- Analytical mindset – asks why before answering what.
- Background in maths, computer science, economics or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Ads API is a plus.
- Interest in using AI for data automation/analysis is a plus.
