We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our team in London. In this role, you will be coordinating the sales team, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached. Your new adventure:

  • Manage the sales team allocated regionally
  • Mentor and coach the sales team
  • Track sales targets for the team
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to review goals, discuss performance and address challenges (1:1s, pipeline reviews and huddles)
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts to share with management
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure sales, finance, legal policies and procedures are met
  • Build an open-communication environment for the team
  • Drive recruiting efforts

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify trends or improvement areas
