Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SEM performance dashboards on top of our existing data infrastructure – clear, reliable reporting and deep troubleshooting.
  • Develop deep expertise in the Google Ads API to unlock granular data at keyword, search term, bid strategy and audience levels and build analytical layer to elevate SEM insight.
  • Integrate ad platform data with internal metrics to connect paid search activity to downstream business outcomes.
  • Design and track A/B tests and translate learnings into actionable recommendations.
  • Turn analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Support creation, management and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management and negative keyword development.
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag issues proactively.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in data/marketing analytics or SEM role with focus on reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Tableau/Looker/BI tools for data visualization and dashboarding.
  • Experience with SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy) for data manipulation and large datasets.
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources – platform exports, CRM data and internal data tables.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads data and metrics in paid search context.
  • Analytical mindset – asks why before answering what.
  • Background in maths, computer science, economics or related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads API is a plus.
  • Interest in using AI for data automation/analysis is a plus.
