We’re looking for an AI program manager to coordinate the delivery of our AI adoption initiatives and support teams across Pipedrive. In this role, you will get a chance to work with our corporate strategy team on executing our AI-native strategy. Your new adventure:
- Act as the central program manager for AI adoption across Pipedrive, tracking timelines, metrics and deliverables
- Drive hands‑on change management, including workshops, toolkits and enablement guides
- Coordinate with the learning and development and internal communications teams to ensure effective delivery of AI training and messaging
- Manage relationships with external AI vendors such as OpenAI
- Monitor and report on adoption metrics to leadership
- Help to define internal best practices and processes around the use of generative AI tools
- Help Pipedrive grow by embedding AI into how we work every day
Does this sound like you?
- At least three to five years of experience in program or project management, specifically in cross‑functional technology rollouts
- Proven, hands‑on experience in change management (Prosci or ADKAR certification is a plus)
- A strong can‑do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback
- The capability to work proactively and independently to drive outcomes
- A collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively with a wide range of teams
- A genuine passion for generative AI and experience as a power user of AI tools
- Excellent organization skills and extreme attention to detail
- Fluency in English
