This is a full-time on-site role for a Piping Design Engineer and Stress Analyst at Pipe Solutions Design Services in Harrogate. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as piping design, stress analysis, mechanical engineering, and working on projects related to many process industries.
Qualifications
- Piping Design and Piping skills
- Experience in Stress Analysis and Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of the Process Piping industry
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
- Proficient with Caesar II Pipe Stress Analysis softwareFamiliar with the design and specification of pipe supports and brackets
- Ability to fluently discuss face to face, via Teams and by phone, in English
- Proficient report writing and email correspondence, in English
