We’re on the lookout for a new Assistant Manager to join our team! As an Assistant Manager you’ll:

  • Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around.
  • With a passion for leading and motivating others, you’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that get our guests coming back for more.
  • Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
  • Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
  • Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
  • Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
  • Bring previous experience in a like‑for‑like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a similar/branded environment.
