PIP Marketing, Signs & Print is currently seeking a self-motivated, independent, reliable individual for the Grand Format Print Production Specialist role. The ideal candidate has experience with flatbed production, contour cutters, large format inkjet file prep, production, finishing, and installation.
Position is full-time Monday–Friday with occasional overtime. You will work in a systems-based environment with high attention to quality, detail, and deadlines.
Responsibilities:- All aspects of digital printing, sign production & installation, and bindery.
- Operate Design-Rip stations, digital printer, flatbed, contour cutter, and various other finishing devices.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adapt to a deadline-driven industry.
- Maintain incredible attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot technical problems with computers and printers.
- Communicate with team members to ensure a complete understanding of the order.
- A minimum of 3 years in the Digital Print & Sign Industry.
- Follow job specifications with an eye for detail & quality.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to work an 8-hour shift.
- Quickly learn & execute internal proprietary systems & workflow methodology.
- Problem solving & multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hardware, hand tools & sign installation methods.
- Positive & supportive team communications.
- Self-manage & execute daily responsibilities.
