Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident architect to take responsibility for live projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality architectural outcomes. You will be involved across RIBA stages, contributing both creatively and technically, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects from concept through to delivery
  • Manage project programmes, and consultant teams
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients
  • Prepare and oversee design, technical, and construction information
  • Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and standards
  • Support and collaborate with junior team members

About You

  • ARB-registered Architect (Part 3 qualified)
  • Proven experience working as a Project Architect
  • Strong technical knowledge and design coordination skills
  • Experience delivering projects through later RIBA stages
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD
