Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident architect to take responsibility for live projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality architectural outcomes. You will be involved across RIBA stages, contributing both creatively and technically, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept through to delivery
- Manage project programmes, and consultant teams
- Act as a key point of contact for clients
- Prepare and oversee design, technical, and construction information
- Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and standards
- Support and collaborate with junior team members
About You
- ARB-registered Architect (Part 3 qualified)
- Proven experience working as a Project Architect
- Strong technical knowledge and design coordination skills
- Experience delivering projects through later RIBA stages
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD
