PIP ANZ (Australia) Pty Ltd – High Wycombe WA
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our bright and modern High Wycombe branch.
Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to work from our High Wycombe office during local WA business hours. The position plays a key role in supporting customer activity, liaising closely with our High Wycombe warehouse, assisting the sales team with real-time information requests, and participating in onsite training, collaboration and team initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the ideal candidate will have a friendly and positive phone manner, work well under pressure, and have experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to move between multiple platforms, work with customer databases and collaborate with internal departments. You will be process-focused, able to work independently, and have a genuine "customer-first" approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls from agents, reps and customers and responding to all queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Database and file maintenance.
- Authorising credits and processing returns.
- Maintaining effective communication with customers and internal staff.
- Coordinating workload to ensure all customer service goals are reached.
- Additional special projects and duties as required.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with customer service.
- Current SAP knowledge preferred but not essential.
- Accurate and high-level data entry skills, with high attention to detail.
- Confident and friendly phone manner.
- Basic to intermediate ability with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and deal with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with all people at all levels.
- Deadline driven, ability to show initiative and follow through in end-to-end completion of work.
