A respected specialist dementia and nursing care provider in the East Midlands is seeking an Operations Director to lead the next phase of growth and development. The group operates several well-established homes, known for person-centred, family-led care and strong CQC ratings. The Role
- You’ll oversee quality, compliance, commercial performance and day-to-day operations across the group’s homes.
- Working closely with the Managing Director and senior team, you’ll ensure excellence in care, support future acquisitions, and embed innovation across all services.
