With a strong reputation for compassionate, person-centred care and a stable, long-standing management team, the group is now looking to appoint an Operations Manager to oversee its Registered Managers and drive consistency, compliance and operational excellence across the services.
This is a high-impact role with genuine autonomy β ideal for someone ready to step into a senior leadership position where they can shape systems, influence culture and support future growth.
The role
- Provide leadership and oversight to Registered Managers across all homes
- Drive compliance, audits and governance frameworks
- Support with HR, staffing and workforce development
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of systems and technology
- Ensure consistent quality and standards across services
- Support occupancy, referrals and commercial performance
- Act as a key link between operations and senior leadership
This role is central to enabling the Director to step back from day-to-day operations and focus on strategic growth β giving you real ownership and visibility.
About you

- Experience as an Operations Manager, Regional Manager or Senior Registered Manager
