Exclusive opportunity via Pioneer Talent

Pioneer Talent is proud to be partnering with a well-respected, family-led care provider operating three established nursing homes across South West London, supporting over 150 residents.

With a strong reputation for compassionate, person-centred care and a stable, long-standing management team, the group is now looking to appoint an Operations Manager to oversee its Registered Managers and drive consistency, compliance and operational excellence across the services. This is a high-impact role with genuine autonomy β€” ideal for someone ready to step into a senior leadership position where they can shape systems, influence culture and support future growth.

The role

Working closely with the Director and Registered Managers across all three services, you will:

  • Provide leadership and oversight to Registered Managers across all homes
  • Drive compliance, audits and governance frameworks
  • Support with HR, staffing and workforce development
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of systems and technology
  • Ensure consistent quality and standards across services
  • Support occupancy, referrals and commercial performance
  • Act as a key link between operations and senior leadership

This role is central to enabling the Director to step back from day-to-day operations and focus on strategic growth β€” giving you real ownership and visibility.

About you

Pioneer Talent is keen to speak with experienced care leaders who combine operational oversight with strategic thinking and bring:

  • Experience as an Operations Manager, Regional Manager or Senior Registered Manager
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, audits and compliance
  • Experience supporting or managing multiple services
  • Confidence with systems, reporting and process improvement
  • A strong leadership style β€” both supportive and accountable
  • Comfort working in a hands-on, relationship-driven environment
