Registered Manager β Children's Home (EBD)
Bicester area, Oxfordshire, England, United Kingdom
3-Bed Ofsted-Registered Children's Home (EBD)
Β£50,000 β Β£60,000+ (highly negotiable for the right person)
Exclusive opportunity via Pioneer Talent
Pioneer Talent is proud to be partnering with a small, values-led children's care provider setting up a new home in the Bicester area. We're recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their homes β with the flexibility for the right candidate to be matched to the home that suits them best.
This isn't a job for people who want to manage from a distance. It's a genuinely exciting time to join an organisation growing with purpose, and a real opportunity for a skilled RM to build a service from the ground up, make it their own, and drive a positive inspection outcome.
The role
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead a small, therapeutic Ofsted-registered home for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
- Build the service from the ground up and shape its culture and practice
- Be supported by a highly experienced, well-regarded Registered Manager with an excellent reputation
- Lead and develop a brilliant team β because a brilliant team is what's brilliant for the children in your care
- Champion child-focused, therapeutic practice at every level
- Drive quality, compliance and a positive Ofsted inspection outcome
About you
Pioneer Talent is keen to speak with Registered Managers who bring:
- A genuine love for the RM role β you're good at it, and you know it
- A child-focused, therapeutic approach to practice
- Kind, people-focused leadership β leading from the heart without losing your head
- The resilience to carry the weight and scrutiny of the role with quiet confidence
- Either early RM experience with a track record of achieving a GOOD with Ofsted, or a well-established RM career
- Above all: strong values, a calm presence, and a real commitment to therapeutic practice
