Registered Manager for a 3-bed Ofsted-registered home for EBD. Salary: £50k - £60k Plus (highly negotiable for the right person).

They are currently recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their homes, with the flexibility for the right candidate to be matched to the home that suits them best. You will be supported by a highly experienced and supportive RM who has an excellent reputation. You will be able to build this service from the ground up and make it your own. This is a genuine opportunity for a skilled RM to make their mark and drive a positive inspection outcome.

You know the weight of the role—there’s no other job with this level of scrutiny—and you carry it with quiet confidence. You might be early in your RM career but have experience of gaining a GOOD with Ofsted or well-established; what matters far more is your values, your presence, and your commitment to therapeutic practice.
