About the Role

We’re looking for a confident Service Manager to lead our Supported Accommodation team, ensuring high-quality support and full compliance with CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Supervisors to deliver excellent person-centred care.
  • Ensure support plans, risk assessments and reviews are up to date.
  • Oversee safe medication procedures and staff competency.
  • Manage rotas, staffing levels and team performance.
  • Build strong relationships with people we support, families and professionals.
  • Support referral processes, audits, incident reviews and record keeping.
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing and safe financial practices.
  • Promote positive communication and a supportive team culture.
  • Take part in on-call rota as needed.

About You

  • Level 5 Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards).
  • Experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities.
  • Supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident with MS Office.
  • Caring, professional, and committed to Safeguarding, Equality and Confidentiality.
  • Willing to complete a DBS and cover support visits when required.
