Are you a hands-on engineer looking to join a forward-thinking company where your skills will be valued and rewarded? We\’re looking for an experienced Workshop Engineer to join our team in Leamington Spa, working day shifts only with a competitive salary of up to £50,000.

The Role:

As a Workshop Engineer, you\’ll be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Performing routine servicing, inspections, and testing
  • Assembling, refurbishing, and overhauling machinery and components
  • Ensuring all work meets health and safety standards and company quality requirements
  • Keeping detailed service records and reports

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a workshop or engineering environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
  • A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
