MAINTENANCE MANAGERJob Title: Maintenance ManagerLocation: BristolSalary: Up to £66,000Shift: Mon - FriJob Role of the Maintenance ManagerWe are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a FMCG manufacturing site in Bristol. You will be responsible for leading a maintenance team that will be carrying out l maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of equipment and facilities including all of the production and packaging lines ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Working on a Monday - Friday day shift pattern, you will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting production performance across the site.
Sector - FMCG Factory MaintenanceNon-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance ManagerManagement experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.· Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced industrial factory..Team Leadership / Supervisory experience· Experience within manufacturing. Experience with managementRequirements for the Maintenance Manager· Hands-on experience· Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).· Experience working within a manufacturing environment.· Management experienceDesirable Requirements for the Maintenance Manager.· Experience working as a Maintenance Manager within the UK..Supervisory experience· Previous experience within FMCG, food, beverage or packaging environments.
