About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing manufacturing site based in Lincoln. You'll play a key role in ensuring the continuous operation and reliability of a range of large-scale industrial equipment. The site operates with a strong focus on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) - currently running at around 90% planned maintenance - providing a structured and proactive working environment. This is a hands-on, primarily outdoor role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with heavy industrial machinery and varied maintenance challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance on a variety of site equipment.
- Ensure all electrical components, machinery, and safety systems are maintained to a high standard and compliant with regulations.
- Read, interpret, and work from electrical drawings and schematics to fault-find and repair effectively.
- Install, operate, and maintain electrical and pipework systems.
- Support project work, site improvements, and equipment upgrades.
- Continuously review and improve Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) processes.

- Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
