The Engineering Shift Team Leader will be in charge of 8 maintenance engineers on shift and will be involved in both hands on maintenance and management tasks. The Engineering Shift Team leader will also be responsible for hands on electrical maintenance, fault finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully auotmated production machinery.
Sector - Industrial ManufacturingNon-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Shift Team LeaderElectrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Leadership/supervisor experience in engineeringEssential requirements for the Engineering Shift Team LeaderHands-on electrical/Mechanical maintenance experience.
Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
Experience working within a manufacturing or Industrial environment.
