Job Title: Mechanical Fitter (TIG Welding and Fabrication) Location: Hayes Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Overtime Shift: Days Job Role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a TIG Welder and Fabricator to join a growing FMCG manufacturing business based in Hayes. The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for mechanical fitting, fabrication and TIG welding , working on a variety of production and packaging machinery including conveyors, labellers, packaging equipment and multi-head weighers. The role will involve carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive mechanical repairs , as well as supporting the fabrication and modification of machine components, guards and frames. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for training, overtime and long-term progression.
