Work trackside at all F1 events, providing real-time engineering support to race drivers and performance engineersAnalyse live telemetry data to inform race strategy and vehicle setupCollaborate with factory-based performance and systems teams to ensure optimum car performanceSupport simulation work, pit stop strategies, and post-session data reviewsReact decisively in high-pressure, time-sensitive race environments
