The Role
Operating in a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring production equipment runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging machinery
- Fault-finding and responding effectively to breakdowns in a time-critical environment
- Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Working closely with production teams to maintain safety, quality, and output standards
This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, covering days and nights, offering excellent work–life balance across the rota.
