Production Manager
Basingstoke | £47,000 per annum | Monday to Friday – Days

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead a large operational team of 70+ people in our Basingstoke facility. You\’ll be responsible for managing production operations to ensure our garments, mats, cabinet towels, and other textile products are prepared, processed, finished, repaired, and dispatched to the highest standards.
What You\’ll Be Doing:

Lead and manage the daily production workflow to meet quality and throughput targets in line with ISO 9001:2000 / 14001 standards.

Recruit, train, and develop staff in partnership with the General Manager, ensuring all team members receive ongoing coaching and development.

Monitor performance and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.

Collaborate with the senior leadership team on continuous improvement projects and implement best practices across the department.

Work closely with the onsite engineering team to minimise downtime and improve preventative maintenance.

Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment, with strong focus on staff welfare and compliance.
