We are working with a well-established and expanding FMCG manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a modern, high-volume production site in Nottingham. The Role

Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you will be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring machinery and production lines operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
  • Fault-finding and breakdown response in a time-critical production environment
  • Supporting continuous improvement, reliability, and engineering-led initiatives
  • Working closely with production teams to maintain output, safety, and quality standards

This role operates on a 2/3s shift pattern (Days Only), offering structured daytime hours and excellent work–life balance.
