A large Blue-Chip food manufacturing organisation are currently recruiting for a Garage Workshop Supervisor to join their operation in Corby. Working on a Days shift pattern, you will be required to complete planned maintenance and repair duties to the fleet equipment on site as well as supervise the garage workshop team. Skills required for a Garage Workshop Supervisor:

  • Educated to GCSE standard and City & Guilds in Motor Vehicle Engineering or a recognised equivalent qualification.
  • Vehicle Workshop experience gained through a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent training.
  • Have leadership or management experience in a similar role.
  • Competent with vehicle diagnostics.
  • Understanding of Department of Transport operating requirements.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
