A role is now available to join a market leading manufacturing plant in Newport. As a Maintenance Team Leader you will be working in a fully automated plant, with plans to invest to further upgrade the plant. The successful Maintenance Team Leader will be offered a tailored training programme and have ample opportunity to progress both at this site and across the whole group.
When applying please make sure you are Multi Skilled, ideally Electrical and have a background in industrial engineering. The applicant MUST be Time Served Apprentice Trained.
Skills required for the Maintenance Team Leader:
- The Maintenance Engineer will be working on state-of-the-art automated equipment, which includes robots, PLCs (Allen Bradley and Siemens)
- Electrical and Mechanical skills
- The candidate must be Time Served Apprentice Trained
- Experience in Leading a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment; ideally manufacturing
