Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated production and packaging machinery
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
- Ensure compliance with site health, safety, and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering colleagues to drive reliability and efficiency
About You:
- Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 / HNC / Apprenticeship)
- Experience in an FMCG, food, or manufacturing environment
- Confident fault-finding and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with a proactive approach to maintenance and improvement
- Flexible and able to work on a 3 on / 3 off days-only shift pattern
