Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented technician looking to join a dynamic manufacturing team? We are seeking Machine Technicians to ensure our moulding machines and ancillary equipment run smoothly, maintaining high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and service moulding machines, performing adjustments and minor repairs within your level of competence.
- Monitor product quality at packing stations, checking for visual faults and weight, and complete accurate documentation.
- Ensure raw material supply continuity and report any issues before production is impacted.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation around machinery and work areas.
- Experience setting up or operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical knowledge or hands-on maintenance experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team and a strong desire to learn new skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Overtime at time and a half
- 9% pension contribution (6% employer, 3% employee)
