Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a Monday to Friday, days-only role within a rapidly growing FMCG manufacturing business in the Luton / Bedfordshire area, where your skills are valued and career progression is genuine? We are working with a well-established and expanding manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a modern, high-volume FMCG production site in Luton, Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position within a business investing heavily in people, equipment, and future growth.
The Role
Operating within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring machinery and production lines run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. Key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out planned maintenance on a range of automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
- Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding in a time-critical production environment
- Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Working closely with production teams to maintain output and quality standards
This role is Monday to Friday, days only, offering excellent work–life balance and routine working hours.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-Skilled)
