Intake Operative
North Scarle, Lincolnshire

4 on 4 off shift pattern – 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am | 40 hours per week
We are currently looking for reliable and motivated Intake Operatives to join a fast-growing food manufacturing site in North Scarle (LN6 area).
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring that raw materials and packaging are received, checked, and stored correctly to keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Unloading pallet deliveries and assisting with weighbridge intake procedures

Using computer systems to check silo capacity and support drivers during deliveries

Carrying out intake checks in line with Technical Acceptance Requirements

Collecting and correctly labelling product samples

Ensuring deliveries are labelled and stored in designated areas

Acting as a Banksman for drivers (training provided)

Supporting with fresh and frozen goods intake and documentation

Maintaining GMP and BRC Standards to keep the site clean and safe

Assisting with stock rotation to ensure oldest products are used first

Preparing packaging for production and pre-batching premixes for the mill

Feeding product to the mill daily to support production

Providing limited cover for the Intake Coordinator when required
